It-boy of the moment (if there ever was one) Alexander Wang has once again hit the spot with the sexiest, most effortless of resort collections. I love the pared back colours (lazy yet gorgeous and workable without being BLACK) and his now-famous juxtaposition of sportswear and sexy wear. And miss Abbey Lee here looks utterly shmexy (except for the first image - almost a bit of camel toe there!). If only designers sold model looks in a bottle, now THAT would rake in a fortune.

Rise and shine baby
Seneca Rising: A label reminiscent of casual lazy summers spent down by the river or the beach, but with enough draping and creativity in the pieces to wear them on the street. The clothes look better on revolve, but the mood is better in their lookbook.
Slow and Steady Wins the Race: Possibly the wordiest name EVER for a label, in stark contrast to their quirky deconstructions of basic pieces. The shoes are so minimal yet so right. And the pearls just remind me of a bubble bath.
It's the fifth day of winter and I'm already dreaming about summer. Maybe because the sun actually came out today?

About me
About me: I’m a pint-sized Sydneysider who works, studies, interns and explodes with creativity spontaneously. Which is just a fancy way of saying that sometimes I feel like painting.
My interests: Fashion, food, (I bet you never would’ve guessed!) design, comedy, politics and economics. Everything except for maths, basically.
About this blog: This is a mood board, an external journal of visuals, writing and inspiration. Also, I am a grammar nazi so naturally this will mean my blog will have the most mistakes, but please tell me when I make a mistake, or if you have anything to say. I like comments, comments are cool. I mean, I’m not sure if anyone’s reading, but it’s the internet so I hope there’s SOMEone. Hellloooooooo??
** Yes, I know it photos starts with a PHHHH... but sometimes you gotta be creative, okay? :p
Photo from a shoot I organised, with a bunch of very talented, creative people (mostly students) who I was privileged to work with. All the clothes were from environmentally-friendly labels.

Model: Cassandra from Scoop
Clothes: dress by Rachael Cassar, coat by Bird Textiles
Styling: Vanessa C (who is also awesome, as is Cassie)
